After our service project we headed over to Remember the Maine Park for a picnic.
Left to right: Wit, Amy, Halle, Megan, Ashlyn and Lexie
Amy had put together all sorts of fun crafts for the kiddos. They were such a hit with all the kids! She had been picking up stuff at garage sales for next to nothing. Ashlyn did not leave that craft table the entire time were there.
That night Spencer and Amy hosted a BBQ at their house. Here are Chris and Jon singing to Sabotage while playing Rock Band. Our youngest two were completely beat so I took them back to the hotel to put them to bed. I missed out on the Rock Band interlude.

Malia gets lots of props for coming up with the idea of having a family reunion and organizing us all. Every family needs a Malia!
Uncle Kimo was Hawaiian. He would be so proud of his three kids for many reasons but one being that they have all kept that heritage alive. We all were treated to a great night of entertainment. Kathleen performed a beautiful hula dance. James and Jon both did fire dances for our entertainment. Landon loved the fire dancing and was clapping his hands and oohing and aahing in delight! All three kids have beautiful singing voices too. We should have made them sing. Talk about talented!!!
