Next stop on our journey was Garland, Utah for our Bama Family Reunion. We stayed with our wonderful friends the Pierces. When you are in the military your friends become your family. We were blessed with some great friends while we lived in Bama. They are all in the Utah Guard and live in northern Utah. On our first full day with the Pierce family we went fishing.

This was Ashlyn's first time fishing and she was not a fan. Chris would fish and then when he had a bite let the kids reel it in. He thought Ashlyn might change her mind once she pulled in her first fish. Look at her face! She did not want to be that close to the fish.
