The next stop on the Weaver Family vacation was Vernal, Utah. Home of dinosaurs and the Caldwell family! We had our first ever family reunion for the descendants of Kedric & Freda Caldwell.
We arrived on the evening of July 15th. Uncle Dan & Aunt Brenda were their usual wonderful and hospitable selves and invited us over for dinner. These two are some of the best people I have ever been privileged to know. Their backyard is a haven for all! They have the softest grass and tons of fun toys and activities for kids. There are not many things better than relaxing in the Olsen's backyard on a summer evening. After the baking heat of Tucson we felt like we were in the coolest of climates too!

Joie, Whitney and Lexie were all born in 1999. It had been a few years since they had hung out together but they lost no time in reacquainting themselves and were thick as thieves for the rest of our visit!
