City Running

You know how people always say running is hard on your joints? Well I have found better reasons to justify not running. Since moving to Tucson Chris has been hit by a car. He walked away from this encounter without a scratch (I swear he is like a cat and has 9 lives!). Though the guy that hit him about had a heart attack. And he has been chased by two homeless men. He said they were yelling crazy talk but he didn't really pay attention just picked up his speed a bit. Keep your fingers crossed for him that his entry will be picked in his newest fitness goal. He wants to run the Wasatch 100. Yeah, that would be 100 miles of running through the Wasatch mountains. Sounds fun, right?

Um..... that is a little bit frightening!!! Being chased by homeless men would be a deal breaker between running and me.

Becky, Esther, and Natalie have run that race. The Wasatch Back, right? They do it as a relay...still intense!

Clint is training for his first marathon right now! He's red about that Wasatch 100. Thats some crazy stuff! Good luck, how many lives does he have left?

My Three Boys

I am all for it if it brings you this way. i think Chris needs to find another route.

Fun? That is not what I would describe running 100 miles as. I'm aching all over just thinking about it! Good luck, Chris!

Super racing? Crazy! I wouldn't worry too much about Chris and his adventures running in Tucson. He knows how to fly attack helicopters after all.
