Apparently, Whitney is a trendsetter and not a follower. Her two main criteria for fashion are:
1.) COLOR
2.) comfort
If it is not colorful or comfortable she does not want to wear it.

Good for her! Better to be leader than a follower.
She would fit in perfectly in Korea! The girls here like to dress similar...only the shorts are much shorter :) I actually like the outfit. I wish I had been more like that as a kid!
